Brilliant home cooks are selling through Facebook groups and WhatsApp.
It works, just about. Orders arrive as comments, messages and phone calls. The cook keeps a tally on paper, guesses how much to make, and asks people for money afterwards.

Each dish has a price, an allergen list and a fixed number of portions. When it's gone, it's gone.

Customers pre-order and pay upfront. Ordering closes at the time the cook decided.
